January is a chance for new beginnings, new resolutions, and a new TAM Card®! Beginning in January 2025 you’ll see a fresh new design of the official TAM Card.
While there are several authorized providers of alcohol awareness training in Nevada, TAM of Nevada is the only authorized provider of official TAM Cards and the #1 choice for hospitality employers in Las Vegas. Be wary of any company other than TAM® of Nevada that promises to sell you an official TAM Card. Working with a fake TAM Card can land you, and your employer, in serious trouble. It is easy to check to make sure you’ve received a legitimate card and training program. When getting your new TAM Card, look for each of the following characteristics which can be found on every card:

- TAM Card® name and registered trademark. Your card should have ‘TAM Card®’ written across the top in the purple text with the registered trademark symbol.
- TAM® of Nevada name and registered trademark printed vertically on the left side of the card.
- Official TAM logo. Look to the bottom left corner of your card and make sure you see the TAM logo at the bottom of the purple box. You should also see a light purple watermarked logo in the background of the card, behind your photo.
- Unique TAM Card Number. On the front of your card, you should see a chain of numbers which begin after the letters OE. A different number is issued to each TAM Card holder, and is unique to you.
- Signature on back of card. The back of your card should have the official TAM® logo along with a pre-printed signature.
If you are concerned that your current card may be invalid, or if you’d like to register for an official TAM alcohol awareness course, you can reach out to us at [email protected] or 702-545-6664.
